Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance operations across our communities. The role includes corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, with make-ready tasks to meet property objectives under supervision.

-qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site attendance and on-call availability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Perform routine, preventive, emergency and cosmetic maintenance; assist with make-ready tasks.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas daily to identify hazards and maintain safety.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and inventory; assist supervisor with safety programs and records.
• Support on-call emergencies and ensure timely service requests are completed.
