Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across communities. The role involves corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and daily on-site presence.

Responsibilities include handling resident requests, scheduling repairs, maintaining logs, and upholding safety standards in line with OSHA guidelines. Candidates should have a high school diploma and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and periodic inspections.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety practices per OSHA guidelines.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain well-organized maintenance shop and report observed violations to supervisors.
