Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across our properties under supervision. You will handle corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, and support the make-ready process to meet property objectives.

Regular attendance on-site is required and you will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, assisting with turnover events, pool

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist in scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning; maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards/OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
