Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our properties with preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance. You will assist in the make-ready process and ensure operations align with property objectives under supervision.

The role emphasizes on-site work, quick response to service requests, and adherence to safety and OSHA guidelines, with opportunities to contribute to a safe, well-maintained community environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine tasks, including pool maintenance and logs.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines; participate in on-call emergencies as needed.
