Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will assist in maintenance across the property, handling corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

Daily onsite work, make-ready processes, pool maintenance, safety and OSHA compliance, and on-call emergencies are part of the role. Applicants should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community facilities and units daily.
• Respond to work orders on time and document actions.
• Assist with make-ready and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform pool maintenance and log chemical levels.
• Ensure safety and comply with OSHA guidelines.
