Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance of the community, including preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, respond to requests, assist make-readies, and support safety and records.

The role requires on-site attendance, strong customer service, and adherence to OSHA and Fair Housing guidelines, with on-call duties and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software knowledge.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain records regarding service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, preventative maintenance, and make-ready status.
