Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across properties. You will assist with routine, preventive, emergency and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring timely service for community areas and units.

Responsibilities include on-call maintenance, safety compliance, and proper documentation of service requests and EPA/OSHA standards. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of community property, buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, preventive and cosmetic maintenance as directed by Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Maintain logs, safety protocols and housekeeping of the maintenance shop.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and property safety.
