Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance across our properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks under supervision, including make‑ready work and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include on-site attendance, responding to work orders, maintaining pools and logs, inspecting grounds, and assisting in inventory and record-keeping for EPA/OSHA standards. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with the make‑ready process per property objectives.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain swimming pool maintenance and log chemical records.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazards or repairs.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance within maintenance activities.
• Maintain well‑organized and stocked maintenance shop and inventory.
• Participate in on‑call emergencies at the community.
