Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our portfolio across managed communities. You will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

The role requires daily on-site presence, strong customer service for residents and management, and participation in the make-ready process, safety programs, and recordkeeping to ensure property standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes and daily cleanup of the exterior and common areas.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines; participate in on-call emergencies.
