Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in all maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. You will help with make-ready tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include regular onsite attendance, responding to work orders, and maintaining safety standards and logs. This position offers benefits and emphasizes a customer-centric approach to resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to minimize hazardous conditions.
