Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. The technician assists with make-ready under supervision.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, daily upkeep of common areas, safety compliance, and participation in on-call emergencies, while supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and perform routine and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make-ready processes and unit inspections.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines on site.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
