Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep across our portfolio. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site service, pool care, safety compliance, timely work orders, and accurate recordkeeping, with on-call emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly for community common areas and units.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines across all tasks.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and maintain property.
• Document service requests and preventative maintenance and keep accurate records.
• Assist in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
