Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks under supervision. The role emphasizes timely response to work orders, safety adherence, and accurate records management across common areas and units.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain records of service requests, safety standards, and make-ready status.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Ensure safety and adhere to OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
