Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance operations of our communities. You will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Regular onsite attendance is required, and you will help with make-ready processes, inventory, and safety practices, ensuring a high standard of living for residents and alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community common areas and units, ensuring timely response to requests and work orders.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance as directed to sustain property quality.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs; keep areas clean and safe.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines; participate in on-call emergencies.
• Assist with inventory and documentation of service requests and maintenance tasks.
