Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our properties. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, with make-ready duties as needed.

You will respond to resident requests, assist in scheduling repairs, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. Regular on-site attendance and adherence to safety standards are required, with opportunities to contribute to preventive maintenance programs and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance processes for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform regular maintenance on common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and minimize future repairs.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with OSHA guidelines; follow Asset key policy.
