Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across the community, performing corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. You will assist with make-ready processes and respond to work orders, inspections, and safety issues while ensuring compliance with EPA/OSHA standards.

Regular on-site attendance is required and you will maintain records, assist with inventory, and participate in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills expected; understand on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance of common areas, buildings, and units; perform repairs and cosmetic upkeep.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/turnover events.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines; participate in safety program and training.
• Report observed violations to Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.
