Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across properties. You will perform corrective, preventative and cosmetic maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and timely response to work orders.

Strong emphasis on quality and resident relations. This full-time role requires on-site duties, daily attendance, and ability to manage inventory, log maintenance activities, and follow OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Must understand and operate all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance and respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas.
• Perform regular/daily on-site attendance and routine maintenance tasks as directed.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety compliance; assist with inspections and inventory control.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in make-ready tasks and safety practices.
