Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. This role is onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States, focusing on full-service tax return preparation, personalized advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients.

You will connect clients with the wider Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, while building local relationships and growing the client base through community

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 1040 returns (30+ per season) using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.
• Onsite role Mon-Fri 8:00–5:00, 20+ hours per week; uniforms required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients plan for future tax years.
