Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team across the United States. This on-site role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients.

You will connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while building lasting community relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Bridge clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Stay compliant with training and company policies and maintain requisite licenses.
