Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to support year‑round financial well‑being.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end TurboTax experience with strong customer service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location and follow operating hours.
• Willing to complete all required training and up-skilling as determined by the business.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and address client inquiries across in-person and virtual channels.
