Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, handling on-site tax preparation and advisory services for both in-person and virtual clients. You will work closely with a cross-functional group covering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will build local relationships, drive customer loyalty, and participate in community events while following Intuit’s policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney preferred with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Must be willing to training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through proactive community engagement and local events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professional conduct.
