Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You’ll grow the local client base, collaborate with a team of specialists, and guide clients to the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services. This role emphasizes in-person interaction and community engagement, with hours typically

Competenze

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience preferred
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Build local client base through targeted outreach and community events
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via virtual tools
