Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working on-site at a TurboTax location. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with a broader team to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end Intuit experience.

The role emphasizes local growth through community outreach, events, and client referrals, while maintaining exceptional service and a customer‑first

Qualifications

• EA/CPA preferred with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite mainly 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystems like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and collaborate with specialists.
