Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while connecting customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem. You will grow the local client base through community outreach, facilitate client meetings, and collaborate with a diverse team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate clients on Intuit solutions.
