Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States.

The role focuses on on-site full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while connecting customers with a broader ecosystem of Intuit services. You will work closely with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, community events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to provide end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and drive client loyalty.
