Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients to a broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services.

This on-site role emphasizes community engagement, local client growth, and a shared customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years in filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.
Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising use of your name.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal/business income & amendments.
Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, planning teams to address client needs.
Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
