Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking an onsite IT Support Technician to cover break/fix and deployment support for laptops, rugged factory devices, printers, scanners, and conference room A/V systems at Fort Mill, SC. You will troubleshoot Windows issues and perform basic networking diagnostics while following ITSM processes.

The role involves monitoring ticket queues, incident management, and creating SOPs/runbooks to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite break/fix support for laptops/desktops and factory devices.
• Experience with deployments and escalations in IT environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on onsite break/fix and deployments for laptops/desktops and rugged devices, printers, handheld scanners, and conference room A/V systems.
• Monitor ticket queues and assign tickets through ITSM tools.
• Perform incident management, RCAs for major incidents, and drive issue prevention.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Utilize SCCM, IT Shop, and Nexthink for endpoint visibility and support efficiency.
• Apply Windows troubleshooting and basic network diagnostics to restore services quickly.
