Job summary

Astreya is seeking an IT Support Technician for Fort Mill, SC to provide hands-on onsite service across office and factory environments, covering laptops, rugged devices, printers, scanners, and conference room A/V. The role uses ITSM workflows to manage incidents, deploys and deploys updates, and relies on SCCM, Nexthink, and IT Shop for visibility and efficiency.

Strong Windows troubleshooting and basic networking skills are required to restore services quickly and keep operations running

Qualifications

• Experience providing hands-on IT support in office and factory environments.
• Proficient with Windows troubleshooting and basic networking.
• Familiarity with ITSM incident management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on onsite support for laptops/desktops, rugged factory devices, printers, scanners and A/V systems.
• Monitor ticket queues and assign tickets through ITSM tools.
• Perform incident management and RCAs for major incidents.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Utilize SCCM, IT Shop, and Nexthink for endpoint visibility and support efficiency.
• Apply Windows troubleshooting and basic network diagnostics to restore services quickly.
