Atos is seeking a Field Technician to provide on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and peripheral equipment at customer locations.

The role involves travel to client sites to perform break-fix services, equipment deployments, and technology refresh initiatives, with emphasis on documentation, customer satisfaction, and adherence to security policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in desktop support, field services, or technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, device management tools, and ticketing systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for network, server and peripheral equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Perform equipment installation, configuration, upgrades, and replacements.
• Troubleshoot wired network connectivity issues.
• Travel to customer sites to perform break-fix services, equipment deployments, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and asset assignments.
• Deliver professional and responsive support to end users and business stakeholders.
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and follow through until resolution.
