Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking an on-site IT support professional in Portland, OR to manage hands-on support for laptops, rugged devices, printers, scanners, and conference room A/V systems. You will monitor queues, handle incidents, and drive quick recovery.

Responsibilities include creating SOPs and runbooks, using ITSM tools, and applying network diagnostics to restore services. Strong Windows troubleshooting and endpoint visibility skills are required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with incident management and RCA for major incidents.
• Ability to create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on onsite support for laptops/desktops, rugged devices, printers, scanners, and conference room A/V systems.
• Monitor ticket queues and assign tickets using ITSM tools.
• Perform incident management and root cause analysis for major incidents; drive prevention.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Use SCCM, IT Shop, Nexthink for endpoint visibility and efficiency.
• Apply basic network diagnostics to restore services quickly.
