Job summary

Astreya is seeking an onsite IT support technician in Portland, OR to handle break/fix and deployment for laptops, rugged factory devices, printers, scanners, and conference room A/V. You will manage incidents with ITSM, use SCCM and Nexthink for visibility, and troubleshoot Windows and basic network issues to restore services quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting video conferencing and A/V in office/factory settings.
• Experience with laptops/desktops, rugged factory devices, printers, scanners.
• Familiarity with ITSM incident management and ticket handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on onsite support for laptops/desktops, rugged devices, printers, scanners, and conference room A/V systems.
• Monitor ticket queues and assign tickets using ITSM tools.
• Perform incident management, root-cause analysis for major incidents, and drive prevention.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
