Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Desktop Support professional with 4-7 years of onsite experience across office and factory environments. You will handle break/fix, deployments, and support laptops, rugged devices, printers, scanners, and conference room AV systems.

You will manage incidents via ITSM, use SCCM, IT Shop, Nexthink for visibility, and apply strong Windows and basic networking troubleshooting to restore services quickly across our global IT environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of onsite desktop support across office and factory environments.
• Experience handling break/fix, deployments, and end-user devices including rugged factory laptops, printers, scanners, and conference room AV systems.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing, incident management, and RCA for major incidents.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on onsite support for laptops/desktops, rugged devices, printers, scanners, and conference room AV systems.
• Monitor ticket queues and assign tickets through ITSM tools.
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and drive issue prevention.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Utilize SCCM, IT Shop, and Nexthink for endpoint visibility and support efficiency.
• Apply Windows troubleshooting and basic network diagnostics to restore services quickly.
