Astreya in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Desktop Support technician with 4-7 years of onsite experience across office and factory environments. You will handle break/fix, deployments, and support for laptops, rugged devices, printers, scanners, and conference room A/V, following ITSM processes and using SCCM and Nexthink for visibility.

You will monitor queues, perform incident management, and contribute to runbooks and SOPs while applying strong Windows troubleshooting and basic networking skills

Formación

• 4–7 years of onsite desktop support experience in office and factory environments.
• Experience with laptops/desktops, rugged factory devices, printers, handheld scanners and A/V equipment.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and basic networking skills; ITSM process familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on onsite support for laptops, desktops, rugged devices, printers, scanners and conference room A/V.
• Monitor ticket queues and assign tickets via ITSM tools.
• Perform incident management and RCA for major incidents; drive prevention.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Use SCCM, IT Shop, and Nexthink for endpoint visibility and efficiency.
