Rocket Lab is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site help for our global teams. You will ensure access to information, maintain computer systems, and onboard new hires for productive kickoff.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years IT support, familiarity with Windows/Linux, AD, networking, and scripting. The role offers growth in a fast-paced, collaborative IT team with shifts including evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ IT support experience and a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in at least two of: Windows or Linux desktop OS, PC hardware, networking basics, scripting, Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and assist staff with IT inquiries.
• Track and update incident, request, and change tickets.
• Onboard new hires to ensure productivity from day one.
• Participate in continuous service improvement processes.
• May work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends; on-call rotation possible.
