Rocket Lab is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day IT support for our global teams, ensuring seamless access to information across computer systems, networks, and devices. This onsite role will also onboard new hires and support a fast-paced IT environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, strong OS/hardware/networking fundamentals, and a drive for rapid learning within a vibrant IT team at Rocket Lab.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience and a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in at least two of: Windows or Linux OS, PC hardware, networking, scripting, Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day IT support and service interactions with staff.
• Track and update IT tickets (Incidents, Requests, Problems, Changes) and related docs.
• Be point of contact for onboarding new hires to ensure productivity from day one.
