Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows or Linux desktop environments and imaging.
• Familiarity with networking basics and AD/GP management.
• Ability to onboard new hires and support day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff across systems, networks, and devices.
• Track incidents, requests, changes, and other tickets in the helpdesk system.
• Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure productivity from day one.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance IT services.
