Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in IT support
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with at least two of: Windows or Linux desktops, PC hardware, networking, scripting, Active Directory and Group Policy

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff and onboarding of new hires
• Track and update incidents, requests, problems, changes, and projects
• Handle onboarding for new hires to ensure productivity from day one
• Participate in Continuous Improvement of IT services and systems
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, and on-call rotation
