Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with deskside support in an on-site environment.
• Experience solving hardware and software issues on Windows.
• Experience with printers and imaging/configuration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic IT administration.
• Proficient communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows.
• Install and troubleshoot printers (local & network).
• Perform system imaging, OS installations, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot MS Office, Outlook, and business apps.
• Replace faulty hardware components.
• Support basic networking (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Log incidents in a ticketing system and escalate when needed.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and adhere to security policies.
