Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support our IT Department in Bensalem, PA. This onsite role provides first-line help desk support to our decentralized workforce and ensures timely resolution of technical issues.
You will troubleshoot Windows OS and hardware, document problems, and escalate when needed, with hands-on training and opportunities for career development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of Help Desk experience.
- Experience with Windows OS and troubleshooting hardware/software.
- Strong client-facing communication and customer service orientation.
- Proficient in Excel data management.
Responsibilities
- Provide first level contact and resolutions for end-user issues.
- Evaluate and prioritize issues from voicemail, email, and web requests.
- Manage support requests via Helpdesk software.
- Document end user information and nature of problem.
- Walk customers through problem solving and follow up to resolution.
