You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and workplace technology, assist with device deployment, and support user onboarding and offboarding across the organization. Qualifications

• 3+ years of Desktop Support or EUC experience.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident management.
• Experience with AD/Entra ID and Intune.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% onsite deskside support to employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Respond to ServiceNow tickets and document resolutions.
• Set up and configure devices and meeting room technology.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with IT teams and assist VIP users.
