Job summary

Corient is hiring for an onto-site Deskside Support role in San Diego. You will deliver high-quality, service-focused support to on-site and remote users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to identify root causes.

Responsibilities include hardware installation and maintaining ITSM records, with after-hours availability and occasional travel up to 10%. The role requires 3–4 years of deskside support, an Associate degree or equivalent, proficiency in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office,

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent proven industry experience).
• 3–4 years of deskside support experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and customer service skills.
• Experience troubleshooting and installing laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Proficient in Windows 11 and Office applications.
• Experience with ticketing and incident management platforms.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, service-focused end-user support in person or remotely.
• Troubleshoot problems promptly and accurately; provide end-user assistance.
• Resolve complex issues and collaborate with teams to find solutions.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and equipment.
• Document incidents, problems, requests, and tasks in ITSM system.
• Escalate critical incidents to management as needed.
• Perform daily IT operations including inventory, shipping and receiving hardware.
• Work independently while collaborating with the team for success.
• Follow standard procedures for processes and documentation.
• Be available after hours or weekends as required; travel up to 10%.
