Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC, part of the PXT organization, seeks an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology initiatives across site operations. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development and HR operational excellence, with a hands-on partner presence on the operations floor.

You will execute standard HR processes, respond to inquiries, coach frontline leaders, and drive engagement activities while using data-driven insights and HR tools to improve

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon HR/general experience.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality, meet SLAs, and document HR processes and interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and tool usage to improve communication and performance.
• Track PXT data and assist in site reviews and feedback channels.
