Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team on-site at an Amazon facility. You’ll focus on employee experience, engagement, leadership development and HR operational excellence, building strong partnerships across site operations.

You’ll execute standard HR processes, handle inquiries with discretion, coach frontline leaders, and use data‑driven insights and HR technologies to improve the employee experience while developing core HR capabilities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard HR work with quality and timeliness and maintain documentation of processes.
• Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries and ensuring proper resolution.
• Assist in running feedback channels and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track and summarize PXT data and prepare insights for site reviews.
• Promote self-service tools and identify opportunities to improve usability.
