Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to join the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team on site at an Amazon facility. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights and HR technology usage.

You will partner with PXT and Operations to deliver programs, coach leaders, and improve workplace culture while maintaining high service levels and compliant processes across locations.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs, partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meeting SLAs and documenting HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries and ensuring proper resolution or escalation.
• Assist in running feedback channels such as roundtables, floor walks, and engagement activities.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and retention and guide tool usage to improve communication and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives, coordinating logistics and gathering feedback.
• Track and summarize PXT-related data (attrition, attendance, hiring, sentiment) for site reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps for improvements.
