Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations onsite at an Amazon facility. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence.

You will partner with site operations to drive culture and coach leaders in PXT practices. A successful candidate will handle confidential information, build strong relationships, and leverage data-driven insights to improve employee experience while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience or equivalent experience.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences (e.g., explaining processes, addressing concerns, providing technical guidance)
Preferred: degree in HR, Management, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field
Preferred: Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas); HR analytics tools and emerging technologies to drive improvements

Responsibilities

Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
Execute standard work with quality and timely SLA adherence, documenting HR processes and interactions.
Provide frontline employee support, address inquiries, resolve or escalate issues with discretion.
Assist feedback channels and engagement activities; track and drive improvement with senior PXT members.
Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance discussions; promote tool usage.
Coordinate site-level engagement and culture initiatives; gather feedback and monitor effectiveness.
Track PXT data trends (attrition, attendance, hiring, sentiment) and prepare insights for reviews.
Promote self-service HR tools and identify gaps to improve usability and adoption.
