Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to join the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence onsite at an Amazon facility.

You’ll partner with site leaders to drive programs, coach frontline managers, and utilize HR data and tools to enhance the employee journey. The successful candidate will navigate complex issues with sound judgment and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

Experience handling confidential information.
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years Amazon experience with 1 year HR general experience or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital communication.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences across levels.

Responsibilities

Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
Maintain documented HR processes and respond to inquiries with timely resolutions.
Coach leaders on engagement, retention, and tool usage to improve communication and performance.
Track and summarize HR metrics to support site reviews and leadership discussions.
Promote self-service tools and identify gaps to improve usability and adoption.
