Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations on the AMZL PXT team. You will partner with site leaders to improve employee experience, engagement, and HR processes, while using data-driven insights and HR technologies to drive improvements.

The role involves on-site work, coaching leaders, and maintaining strong partnerships across teams to deliver quality HR support and outcomes for hourly employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or 2+ years Amazon HR/general experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, SLAs, and accurate HR documentation.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, ensure resolution or escalation.
• Assist in running feedback channels (roundtables, floor walks, engagement activities) and track follow-up.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and use of HR tools.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives; coordinate logistics.
• Track and summarize PXT data (attrition, attendance, hiring, sentiment) for insights.
• Promote self-service tools and identify gaps to improve usability and adoption.
