Job summary

Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team is seeking an HR Partner to support operations, focusing on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR excellence. This on-site role builds strong partnerships across site operations.

You'll execute standard HR processes, respond to employee inquiries, coach leaders, and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes. A customer-centric mindset and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential HR information.

• Strong collaboration across teams and operations.
• Experience using MS Office and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, maintaining documentation.
• Provide frontline employee support and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist in running feedback channels and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Track and summarize PXT-related data and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps.
