Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) on the AMZL team. You will partner with operations, drive employee experience, engagement, and leadership development, and execute standard HR processes onsite at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 2+ years Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Clear communication of complex concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

Support a positive employee experience by executing HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations
Maintain accurate documentation of HR processes and employee interactions
Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and escalate as needed with professionalism
Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations
Track feedback channels and help drive improvements in employee experience
Assist in site-level engagement initiatives and coordinate logistics
Summarize HR data (attrition, attendance, hiring) for site reviews
