Job summary

Amazon Logistics' People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team is seeking an HR Partner to support site operations with standard work, employee experience, leadership development and HR operational excellence. You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, partnering with PXT and Operations to maintain a positive employee experience, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with HR or related experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences across functions

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing programs and partnering with PXT and Operations
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, maintaining documentation
• Provide frontline employee support and resolve/ escalate issues
• Assist in feedback channels and engagement activities
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations
• Support site-level engagement initiatives and monitor effectiveness
• Track HR data and prepare insights for site reviews
